Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent (i) to accept Cheque No.48651232 dated 21.04.2021 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., issued by the 3rd respondent for remittance within the time stipulated by this Court, (ii) to permit the petitioners to withdraw the amount credited thereon and (iii) to direct the 5th respondent to issue Legal Heir Certificate to the petitioner by considering her application dated 16.06.2021. ORDER

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as follows:
