Heard and perused the records.

2. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit by the petitioner/appellant. However, since the offence is involving POCSO Act, this court is inclined to take up the appeal itself immediately after receiving the records from the trial court and preparing typed set of papers by the Registry.

3. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/appellant.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
