This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register First Information Report based on the complaint dated 08.02.2016 (CSR No.167 of 2016) preferred by the petitioner and conduct enquiry in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading the complaint dated 06.02.2016, it is alleged that the counter petitioner had borrowed Rs.25 Lakhs from the petitioner and had not returned the amount.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.167 of 2016, before the 2nd respondent.

5. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the complaint, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to register an FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
