ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioners in the blanket of enquiry in C.S.R.No.171 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that only for enquiry, the summons have been issued and the 2nd respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.

4. Such being the position, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent Police within a week. The 2nd respondent Police shall conduct enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks thereof and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
