CMP.No.2007 of 2016 and 1/2015 in CMA.No.2209 of 2015 DHPJ This Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the Claimant seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant to the credit of MCOP No.50/2012on the file of Ist Additional Judge, Tiruppur.

2.This Court, while admitting the appeal, directed the appellant/Insurance Company to deposit entire Award amount, pursuant to which, the amount was deposited.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, both these M.Ps are disposed of with the following direction:

(i) the order of interim stay is made absolute. (ii) the respondent/claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the respective share from the award amount deposited together with accrued interest. The respondent/claimant is permitted to withdraw the accrued interest once in six months till the disposal of this appeal. 24.02.2016 vsm/glp
