ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to file charge sheet in Crime No.461 of 2012 dated 1.8.2012 pending on his file.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 1.8.2012 as against one Subbaiyan and two others and the same was registered in Crime No.461 of 2012 for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 read with 120(b) I.P.C. Though the said complaint was registered on 1.8.2012, till date, the respondent police has not taken any action on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in Crime No.461 of 2012, after completion of investigation, referred charge sheet has been filed and a copy of the referred charge sheet was also served on the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in a manner known to law.
