The first petitioner and the respondent are present.
2. Pending the above Civil Revision Petition, seeking to quash the DVC No.24 of 2024 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, the parties have entered into a compromise, which is reduced to writing, in and by consent Muchalika, dated 21.07.2025. The first petitioner/husband and the respondent/wife have agreed to settle the domestic violence and complaint in terms of the compromise, a sum a Rs.6,00,000/- has been paid towards permanent alimony to the respondent, the receipt of which, the respondent/wife also acknowledges the factum and payment of receipt. It is also evidenced in the compromise memo as well.
3. The learned counsel for the parties also state that in view of the above, the domestic violence complaint can be quashed and the parties are shortly moving the Family Court concerned for mutual consent divorce. 2/4
4. Recording the said compromise, Muchalika dated 21.07.2025, DVC No.24 of 2024 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, is struck off from the file. The parties namely, the first petitioner and the respondent are at liberty to approach the competent Family Court, seeking mutual consent divorce.
5. The original of the compromise memo has been perused and the Registry is directed to retain the true copy of the same and the original is returned to the parties to enable them to work out their future course of action.
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 21.07.2025 Speaking Order/Non-speaking Order Index : Yes / No jd To The Additional Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.
