Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th and 5th respondent to accept the Application of the petitioner for the MBBS Course for the Academic year 20162017 conducted by the 4th respondent and proceed with all the other incidental selection process by accepting the undertaking provided by the Petitioner on condition that petitioner shall produce the Community Certificate that she belongs to Malak

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
