(CRIME NO.211/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed that the petition shall stay at Thanjavur and report before the station officer of the Thanjavur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders on the petitioner in the above petition Crl.OP.No.12810 of 2022 dated 01/06/2022 as to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further order and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstance of this case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Bail had already been granted by an order dated 01.06.2022. The present petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition. The earlier condition was that the petitioner should stay and report before the Station Officer of the Thanjavur Town Police Station everyday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is suffering from Blood Pressure and Sugar and it is not possible for him to stay alone at Thanjavur and comply with the condition.

3.In view of the submission made, the earlier condition is modified directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
