This Application is filed to record the death of the 7th defendant and bring on record the legal representative of the deceased 7th defendant namely A.Rajkumar and G.Mala as 15th and 16th defendants in C.S.No.602 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in ordering this Application.

Therefore, this Application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the 7th defendant stands ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the Civil Suit and post the matter on 25.08.2021.
