ORDER

The petitioner/accused in Crime No.1 of 2025 has filed this petition seeking earlier completion of investigation and file a final report in 1/4

this regard, since the petitioner is attaining superannuation. Further the petitioner has got a fair chance of success in the trial. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that it is a trap case. The petitioner was caught red handed. The accompanying witness confirmed the demand, acceptance and recovery. Phenolphthalein test also proved the trap. Now investigation is in the final stage, soon charge sheet to be filed and in any event, charge sheet would be filed within a period of four months. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
