Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to disburse the Privilege Leave encashment amount to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 10% p.a till the date of actual payment and to pay interest on the belated payment of employer's share of PF contribution under the Contributory Provident Fund Scheme from 23.7.2007 to 8.4.2014 and consequently direct the respondent to pay interest at 10% per annum on the quantified amount of interest from 9.4.2014 till the date of actual payment.
