ORDER

The petitioner herein claims that he is the absolute owner of the property in S.F.No.187/1B bearing Patta No.2619 and S.F.No.188/3A bearing Patta No.1879 at Dhamodharahalli Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. He is before this court seeking a writ of Mandamus alleging that the neighbours are objecting to put up a fence to protect their land had given a complaint to the respondent police on 13.03.2024, but, no action was taken by the police to provide protection.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that if the petitioner has a perfect title and possession over the property and the boundaries are demarcated, necessary protection will be granted after causing due notice to the neighbouring land owners directing the respondent police to act as per the above undertaking.

3. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
