This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint filed by the petitioner on 11.09.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inspite of a complaints given by the petitioner on 11.09.2020 and 15.12.2020, respectively to the respondents 1 and 2, the same have been kept in abeyance without any action. Hence, the present petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that after receipt of the complaint dated 11.09.2020, C.S.R.No.381 of 2020 has been assigned and the same was forwarded to Cyber Crime Branch and on completion of the enquiry the complaint was closed.

5. A reading of the affidavit would reveal that prima facie allegations in registering the complaint, therefore, this Court directs the second respondent to register the case and investigate the matter and file a charge sheet within a period of four months from today. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
