2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.64 of 2016, before the 2nd respondent.
4. The 2nd respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
