This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.9.2020 and to investigate the same in accordance with law in pursuance of order dated 19.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.958 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint dated 29.9.2020 given by the petitioner, an F.I.R in Crime No.752 of 2021 was registered by the second respondent police. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives in the above Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
