This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent in WP.No.9031 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent has also admitted that the proposed respondents 3 to 5 are the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

3.Considering the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, this petition is allowed.

Hence, this application is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Writ petition.
