[Respondents] Prayer: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus forbearing the Respondents from inter-ferring the petitioner legal right to store and sell the sand from the Stockyard of the petitioner as per the terms and conditions laid down in Rule 38-C of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules 1959 in petitioner Stockyard situated in S.F.No.542/3 & 4 Koduvelli Village Thiruvallur Taluk Thiruvallur District Tamil Nadu State (the sand purchased with valid bills issued by the P.W.D. Department) as per the application of the petitioner for stockyard dated 15.02.2012 and subsequent reminder application dated 26.10.2013.
