Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition (b) imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the Jalakandapuram Police Station every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1834 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 by Honble High Court, Madras and pass such further orders or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render Justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.1864 of 2022 on 28.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
