2. There shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.34 of 2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
