Today, when the matter is listed under the caption, 'for being mentioned', the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner bring to the notice of this court that in paragraph No.5 of page-6 of the order, the name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as 'Shalil Shankar' instead of 'Vipin Sachdev'. Therefore, the said typographical error has to be corrected and accordingly, it is corrected as 'Vipin Sachdev' instead of Shalil Shankar.

2. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
