This application has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the written statement for D4 in C.S.No.24 of 2024 and take the written statement on record.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, it has been stated that a detailed written statement needs to be filed after collecting the documents which were dated back to the year 2012. For the said purpose, there has been a delay.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff. The suit has been filed for partition and separate possession. It would only be appropriate that the parties who have a share in the property are heard before any decree is passed. Taking into consideration that fact, the delay is condoned and this application is allowed.
