PRAYER Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writs of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned interim order in Na.Ka.No.1339/2023/Ka.Ma.2, dated 08.09.2023 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same insofar as it keeps the Layout Approval Na.Ka.No.2282/2019/Aa3, dated 07.02.2020 in abeyance, and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to restore the said layout approval, or in the alternative direct the 1st respondent to pass final orders within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
