Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner to run the Crusher Unit viz., Amman Blue Metals situated at D.No.66, Kattukollai Village in Vinnamangalam Panchayat, Ambur Taluk (S.No.443 of Vinnamangalam Village) and also to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused persons and proceed with in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner to run the Crusher Unit viz., Amman Blue Metals situated at Door No.66, Kattukkollai Village, Vinnamangalam Panchayat, Ambur Taluk and also to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused persons and to proceed with in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had purchased the property in question under SARFAESI Act, despite which one Vinoth Kumar and his father Rajendran, who were the borrowers are causing disturbance to the petitioner. In this connection the petitioner has given a complaint on 08.07.2016, based on which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.137 of 2016.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.137 of 2016 and afford police protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.
