This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial

Magistrate No.II, Mayiladuthurai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31662 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mayiladuthurai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is totally relaxed.
