Heard Mr.J.Antony Jesus, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to consider his representation dated 18.11.2014. 3.
According to the petitioner, he has purchased the property in question by sale deed dated 20.3.1989. Admittedly, the property is a Government property and, therefore, this Court cannot compel the respondents to grant patta.

4. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, this order will not prevent the petitioner to pursue his grievance in the manner known to law.
