2. When the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the case in STC No.8674 of 2024 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level-I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, has already been disposed of on merits on 17.04.2025 itself.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
