O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents in particular the 2nd respondent to register the First Information Report based on the complaint dated 10.06.2016 lodged by the petitioner before the 1st respondent and further to carry out investigation according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 10.06.2016, enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent police and the same was closed as the dispute is civil in nature. A copy of the closure report was already served on the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are sufficient materials in the complaint dated 10.06.2016 for registration of First Information Report.

5. This Court perused the complaint dated 10.06.2016 and found that the dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party is with regard to partnership.

Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the 2nd respondent Police to register an FIR.

With the above observation, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
