The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.

2. This Court, on going through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent, is convinced with the reasons given for the delay and accordingly the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioners deposit a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from today failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition after the petitioners file the proof for the deposit of the cost imposed by this Court.
