Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.8725 of 2020 dated 16.06.2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8725 of 2020 dated 16.06.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8725 of 2020 dated 16.06.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
