COMMON ORDER (The case has been heard through video conference) These petitions have been filed to relax the condition passed by this Court on 06.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5360 of 2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for one week from the date of enlarge on Anticipatory Bail and to extend the time stipulated for executing the surities resepctively.

2. The order in Crl. O.P. No.5360 of 2020 has been passed on 06.03.2020. The order has been made ready on 17.03.2020, but the petitioner has not appeared before the Court within the time. Thereafter even after the functioning of the Court through video conferencing from the month of July 2020 the petition for extension has been filed belatedly only on 11.09.2020. Meanwhile, automatically the order of anticipatory bail has been lapsed. Therefore, these petitions are dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail.
