ORDER

The Civil Revision petition has been filed by the tenant/petitioner herein, challenging the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate Court in R.C.A.No.5 of 2004 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur, which confirms the eviction order passed in R.C.O.P.No.21 of 1999 on the file of the Rent Controller (District Munsif Court), Tiruppur.

2. The petitioner herein/tenant has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court stating that he would vacate the petition mentioned premises, bearing Door No.58E, New Market Street, Tiruppur and hand over possession to the respondent-landlord on or before 15.03.2017. The said undertaking affidavit is recorded.

3. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of in terms of the undertaking affidavit. The undertaking affidavit shall form part of the order. No costs.
