ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to issue free house site patta in favour of the petitioner based on the proceedings of the third respondent dated 25.04.2014 and consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.01.2022 by demarcating the house site.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation 2/4

submitted by the petitioner 28.01.2022, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
