ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of O.S. No. 19 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif -cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil. The petitioner is the defendant in O.S. No. 19 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif -cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil. The respondent is the plaintiff.

3. The suit has been filed for permanent injunction to restrain the petitioner/defendant from interfering with the respondent's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property.

4. The petitioner is a senior citizen. According to the petitioner, the suit filed by the respondent/plaintiff is a frivolous suit. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit. According to the petitioner, the suit is in the stage of trial. According to the petitioner, repeatedly, the matter is getting adjourned and the trial is yet to be commenced.

5. Being a senior citizen, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil to dispose of O.S. No. 19 of 2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. Since the suit is of the year 2025, this Court, after giving due consideration to the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, directs the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil, to dispose of O.S. No. 19 of 2025 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
