Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the respondent passed the impugned order dated 20.08.2020 in Na.Ka.No.79965/pa/No.4/iru3/2019 and quash the same and directing the respondent to promote the petitioner as "Health Educator" with effect from 01.08.2017 and pay all the necessary back wages right from 1995 to till date by regularizing the service period and pass such further orders.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 10.12.2021. Again, on 10.12.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 06.12.2024.
2. Even today, 06.12.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 12.40 a.m., none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is made clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
