Respondents This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. M/s.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mrs.R.Srividya, learned counsel for the second respondent are present before this Court. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The appellants and second respondent/Insurance Company entered into an agreement whereunder, the appellants agreed to receive enhanced sum of Rs.3,50,000/- in full quit over and above awarded by the Tribunal.

2. It was agreed that the first appellant is entitled to full enhanced sum of Rs.3,50,000/- exclusively.

3. The second respondent/Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced sum within a period of six weeks.

4. The first appellant is entitled to withdraw the entire enhanced amount of Rs.3,50,000/-. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
