ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to produce the body of the detenue namely R.Aishwarya, D/o.Rajni, aged about 19 years before the Hon'ble Court and from the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent, set her at liberty.
2. The detenue is a major. She is present before us. Since she has married the 2nd respondent and she has stated that she is not in illegal custody of anybody.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal custody involved. We are of the view that there is no need for taking custody of any of the relatives of the detenu apart from doing investigation, if so required. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
