The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to provide water connection to the petitioner's premises. When the matter is taken up, Mrs.K.Vasanthamala, learned standing counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, the petitioner was provided with water connection. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
