This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to register the F.I.R based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.06.2016 and to take action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.286 of 2016 and the same was closed on 24.06.2016.
