Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, to direct the 1st respondent to produce the body of petitioner's daughter Sowmiya aged 17 years before this Court and handover her custody to the mother and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue/Ms.Sowmiya, aged 17 years. She submits that her daughter found missing from 16.04.2019 onwards. Hence she preferred a complaint before the respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up, Ms.Sowmiya is present in court and she expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/mother.

3. In such view of the matter, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
