ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.01.2015. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is working as an Assistant Director and acting in small characters in cinema and one Senthil approached the petitioner and informed the petitioner that he can get opportunity of acting in films to the petitioner and thus demanded money from the petitioner and believing the same, the petitioner paid him a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. Thereafter, the said Senthil did not turn up. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 05.01.2015. Though the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.10 of 2015, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner which has been assigned C.S.R.No.10 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
