ORDER
The second respondent has filed counter, stating that the enquiry has been conducted and it is found that no such allegation has surfaced during the enquiry and the petitioner was permitted to join and cheque issuing power has also been permitted.
2. Counter affidavit filed by the second respondent is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to ascertain the above fact from his client.
4. When the matter is again called after lunch, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is correct and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
