This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. The crux of the issue is that the counter parties are preventing the petitioner from using the pathway to enter his agricultural lands and the petitioner is being threatened and abused and therefore, he has sought for police protection.

3. The nature of the dispute that has been projected by the petitioner is something which cannot be resolved by the police and it requires determining the nature of the property that is the subject matter of the dispute. This can be done only by the revenue authorities and if in spite of the revenue authorities enquiring the dispute, there is any threat to the petitioner, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is always open to the petitioner to approach the respondent police at that point of time seeking for protection. This Court is not inclined to give any police protection at this stage.
