By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is the Chairman of Issac Christian Institute of Professional Educational and Religious Trust, which is running a college under the name of V.S.Isaac Teacher Training Institute conducting DTED, B.Ed., and M.Ed., Course. The petitioner institution has paid the examination fees of Rs.42,185/- for all 28 students for the first year examination of Diploma in Teacher Training Education, but when the first respondent published the nominal roll filing list, one of the student namely Mrs.S.Uma has been left out in the nominal roll filing list. Therefore, the petitioner institution made a representation to the first respondent to add the name of the Uma in the nominal roll list in order obtain hall ticket and grant her permission to write the D.EI.ED first year examination, but the fist respondent did not respond to the same. Since the examination is scheduled to be held on 5th June, 2018, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.
3. Heard Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the first respondent and submit a fresh representation along with necessary documents and upon receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law before the examinations.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
