Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein viz., Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, rep. by its Chief Executive Officer to consider and take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2013 for appointing the Public Trustees for Hazrath Thable Alam Badusha Nathervali Dargah, Tiruchirapalli, in accordance with law and in consonance with the terms of the Scheme Decree.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondent to consider and take appropriate action on his representation dated 24.09.2013.
