Respondents This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. M/s.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mrs.R.Srividya, learned counsel for the second respondent are present before this Court. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The appellant and second respondent/Insurance Company entered into a compromise whereunder, appellant agreed to receive a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in full quit over and above awarded by the Tribunal.

2. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced sum within a period of six weeks.
