These three applications have been filed to reopen the evidence of PW-1, to recall PW-1 and to receive additional document, which is an order in O.P.No.207 of 2022 dated 22.12.2023.

2.The evidence had already been recorded in the Original Petition. Even the attesting witness had been examined.

However, it is the case of the learned counsel for the petitioner that this particular document namely, the order in O.P.No.207 of 2022 is required and is very much relevant to the facts of this case.

3.Taking into consideration the reasons advanced, all these applications are allowed.
