It is the specific case of the petitioner that patta has been issued in favour of his father for the land situated in Vinchiyampakkam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District in Patta No.37. The petitioner's father died on 26.03.2009. Thereafter, a Release Deed has been executed in his favour from other legal heirs on 09.03.2015. The petitioner made a representation on 23.03.2015 for issuance of patta in his name. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent to hear any third party, if so required.
