O R D E R
The petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 06.11.2013 seeking issuance of joint patta for the land situated in Survey No.152/B2 and 153/2 situated at Kammampalli Village and Survey No.808/2 in Balepalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The petitioner's request was referred by the respondent no.1 to the respondent no.2 in and by the proceedings Na.Ka.No.24213/2013/J2 dated 05.12.2013. The petitioner sent another representation to the respondent no.3 on 17.12.2013, followed by another representation on 20.05.2015. As no orders have been passed, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.In the said representations, the petitioner has sought for inclusion of his father's name, since dead, along with others. The petitioner has also enclosed the legal heir certificate and sought for appropriate action.
3.Taking into consideration the above said facts and without going into merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either on his own or by directing the respondent no.3 to complete the said act of disposing the representations of the petitioner, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
