A.No.2288 of 2022 A.No.2288 of 2022 in C.S.No.310 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This application has been filed to set aside the ex parte order dated 11.03.2022 in C.S.No.310 of 2021, passed against the 4th defendant on the file of this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant/4th defendant would submit that though the respondents proposed for amicable settlement of the dispute, later due to some difference of opinion among the parties, no settlement has been arrived at and the same was informed to the Court. In the meantime, the applicant was set ex parte for not filing the written statement, it is neither wilful nor wanton, hence he seeks to set aside the ex parte order.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also has reported no objection for allowing this application.
